ATLAS HOSTS A NETWORKING BREAKFAST WITH MEMBERS OF THE SAPS - 24 September 2008

Atlas actively works in conjunction with the SAPS and receives regular updates from the police in respect of gang activity and stolen vehicles. This information is then radio despatched to our Reaction Units who can assist in completing the information sharing loop by being the 'eyes & ears' for the police. Port Elizabeth's new Task Team paid a visit to the Atlas Alarm Control Centre. This team make up Port Elizabeth's new Rapid Response Task Team and is lead by Captain Rassi Erasmus. They are tasked to address serious crimes in the Metro including Armed Robberies, Cash-in-transit and ATM Heists. They will work closely with the crime pattern and crime threat analysis at each police station in order to identify the problem areas.
